A word about what is going on in Egypt. Things of this nature usually cause Israel tour passengers to get nervous. All I can tell you is my opinion. Even if there was an immediate regime change in Egypt and even if Egypt was to be controlled by one of the more radical Muslim groups the chances of that affecting your tour are EXTREMELY limited. And here is why. First of all timing. The Egyptian military which is almost totally funded by the US is not going to be ready nor necessarily willing to launch any kind of full scale war on Israel in the very near future.
If the unrest spills over into Israel I still think that your tour will not be affected. In years past I have taken groups at the height of unrest and even when terror attacks were occurring. Christian tour groups just do not go to the areas where in the past these type events have occurred. I believe that you should be at the peace that there is a high degree of safety while you are in the land. Having said that of course I can guarantee nothing. This is why we offer the travel insurance. If you did not purchase the group rate insurance and desire to do please let me know. There is still time to add you to the policy.
